EXPLAINED..THE WORK PERFORMED!! Part 2) She referred to as me once she was back on the road and told me she enjoyed her experience at your dealership. She stated the "service was superb". She was in and out in less then an hour. Within the past, her experience with other service advisers at other dealerships has been somewhat cold and not personable, and even confusing at times. She said Patrick at U-J Chevrolet in Mobile, Alabama, was type, made her feel comfortable and explained to her the work performed.

"I have always received excellent vehicle and customer service from U-J Chevrolet in Mobile, Alabama, in my buy and maintenance of 4 new trucks(92,93,96,2004),2 utilized Barettas (92,94), 1 employed Geo(92), and now the new 2010 Equinox over the past 18 years(since 1992). Even though throughout that same time frame I've bought other vehicles from other dealers (new 94 Buick Road master, new 96 Baretta Z26, new 2001 Lincoln LS, new 2006 Pontiac Torrent), I've never received the same top quality of service from the other dealers.
